I. Applications

This equipment can be used for electroless plating (such as nickel-phosphorus, copper, tin, gold, etc.) on small parts, helping to save labor and improve production efficiency.

II. Features

1. Constructed entirely from polypropylene (PP), offering high-temperature resistance and the ability to meet process requirements for cleaning metal residues from the barrel with strong acids.

2. The barrel rotation speed is lower than that of electroplating barrels, which favors the chemical deposition of metal layers.

3. Recommended barrel loading capacity is 3–5 kg. Overloading reduces plating opportunities for parts and extends plating time, while underloading lowers production efficiency.

4. Model WJ-5H is equipped with a heat preservation tank. The barrel and plating tank are reasonably matched and include a drainage hole.
